Andre de la Harpe is a business person for the last 30 years. He holds a MBA from the University of Stellenbosch a BSc, BSc (Hons) and MSc from the University of Pretoria as well as a Phd from the University of Stellenbosch. During his career he has been a researcher, senior bank manager, head of the Agricultural as well as SME economic teams at TrustBank and is shareholder in several companies. He has traveled extensively abroad and has been managing director of a medical aid administration as well as an asset administration company. Currently he supervises 21 master and 3 doctoral students on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Enterprise Architecture, IT governance and Social media in companies

Eben van Blerk is a Development Manager at Santam Information Technology. He has a MBA from University of Stellenbosch. During a career of 20 years in IT systems development, he has fulfilled various roles as part of the Systems Development Life Cycle. The past 12 years have been spent in managing IT solution delivery centers of expertise. He lectures Strategic Information Systems at Cape Peninsula University of Technology and runs Leaders on the Couch, an initiative focused on the development of emotionally intelligent IT leadership. As a doctoral student, his research interest is the role of Emotional Intelligence in Information Technology occupational performance.

Roderick has a background in Information Systems Management, Consultanting, Enterprise and Software Architect, Software Engineer, Lecturer, Researcher and Graphic Designer. He has over 20 years experience working in various sectors and has developed intellectual capital in architecture approaches, metadata management and Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools. His goals are to help develop the CIO, EA and IT profession, IT Skills and graduate programs. He also seeks to develop research in social and enterprise architecture within the African context.
