Bernard has had over 25 years experience in executive leadership development.
As the Executive General Manager of the Stephenson Mansell Group, Australia’s leading executive coaching organisation, Bernard has worked with senior executives and executive teams from a range of different industries across the world. He has also facilitated executive leadership programs at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia.
Bernard’s main focus and area of expertise is in enabling individuals to realise their leadership potential through facilitating positive and lasting behavioural change and thereby significantly enhance their own and the organisation’s performance.
Bernard has a Bachelor of Social Science Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree.
He is a member of the Creative Skills Training Council, a global network of practitioners who bring their varied professional backgrounds and skills to developing creative leadership. He is also a member of the International Positive Psychology Association.
