A qualified HR Professional and independent consultant, Dave's extensive consultancy experience has focussed on leading teams combining consultant and client staff in process improvement and technology-driven change projects. Clients span a wide range of sectors and include leading global businesses and also UK central and local government bodies.
His assignments over the last twelve years have focused on the implementation of HR and multi-functional Shared Services organisations, often in conjunction with transformation of the HR function. His work has included addressing the process, organisation and people-related impacts of implementing enabling technologies such as HR ERPs (SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft) and their web-enabled functionality.
