David Price started his own business in property development and construction under the Manprop name. He chaired the group for sixteen years in Johannesburg and then established Manprop Realtors Cape (Pty) Ltd. The company has concentrated on property development, sectional title conversion and residential township development.
He has presented numerous papers on sectional title conversion, corporate governance and the economics of property development in South Africa. David has served on various committees including SAPOA and the Institute of Directors.
