A Chartered Accountant by profession, Douglas spent some years in banking and merchant banking while completing his MBA. Douglas was intimately involved in the communications behind many local and international listings, corporate restructurings, bid defences, perception studies and investor relations programmes for a number of South African and African companies. Douglas Taylor currently lectures at Wits Business School and is the Director of a premier communications consultancy in South Africa.
