Jeff Perlee is an attorney and a gaming consultant focusing in the fields of public gaming, lottery optimization and interactive technologies. Mr. Perlee is a twenty year veteran of the public gaming industry having served as General Counsel of the Illinois Lottery and Director (CEO) of the New York Lottery. During Perlee's tenure at the New York Lottery, annual sales increased from $3 billion to over $4 billion per year, making the New York Lottery the largest and most profitable state/provincial lottery in the world. In the private sector Mr. Perlee has served as Managing Director of Lottery.com; CEO of Empire Racing and as a long-term advisor and consultant to some of the industry's leading suppliers including International Game Technology (IGT), Scientific Games, Camelot Worldwide (operator of the British National Lottery) and Opera Solutions.

Mr. Perlee also specializes in advising the private equity and investment communities on developments in public gaming. His recent clients include CVC Capital of London and the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan of Toronto. Mr. Perlee is a frequent contributor and commentator on public gaming issues, his comments and work having been featured on NPR, A&E Television, Public Gaming and LaFluer’s Lottery magazines and the New York Times. He also is a contributor to the Rockefeller Institute on Public Policy. A resident of Albany, Mr. Perlee was statewide co-chair of the Empire State Games, host chairman of the New York Special Olympics and a Commissioner of the New York State Park Commission. Mr. Perlee received his B.A. from Hobart College in Geneva, New York and his law degree from Duke University.
