Jim is an experienced trainer and consultant with over 30 years of experience in the casino and gaming industry. He specialises in gaming operations and marketing. Jim has started his career from the casino and gaming industry as a Dealer and later on held a Senior Vice President for Casino Operations.
Jim was also a professor at University of Nevada Las Vegas from 1986-2007 where he shared his wealth of experience and knowledge in casino management, casino marketing and game protection.
