John Nicoll is a telecommunications specialist with a particular expertise in Networks and Commercial Finance with a background in both finance and engineering.
He has over 38 years experience in the Industry and has been involved in major projects including Number Portability, Big Number Change, Introduction of the Standard Interconnect Contract and New Services Manual. He was also involved in the Network Charge Control and was the recognised Industry Expert on Data Amendments where is methodology was adopted by Oftel and included in “Oftel ICAS – The Next Steps”.
John has also worked with major companies within the Industry including BT, Virgin Media, ECI, Ericsson and Marconi.
