Malcolm Lewis has combined his past business life as a company “trouble-shooter”, corporate financier with his experiences as a culture expert and former International sportsman (Golf – England Captain) to deliver Board and Senior Management Team (SMT) business performance facilitation/coaching and development.
Nowadays, he facilitates and trains SMT’s around ‘Strategic Leadership and Organisational Learning’ highlighting and challenging the importance of energising the connection between ‘individual and corporate purpose’ with the delivery of ‘business results’ to create wealth. Malcolm’s practical experience in linking the ‘hard’ business skills of corporate finance, corporate recovery and strategy with the ‘soft’ behavioural skills of strategic leadership, culture and personal development he believes is a key factor to developing long term sustainable organisational success.
Gary Cook has been developing people and the businesses and organisations in which they work for over 25 years. Early career experience with national leading organisations including J Sainsbury, Bass Mitchells and Butlers and BT set him up well for a career that has seen him advising senior teams in some of the largest brands in the international arena.
Today, Gary takes his expertise across marketing, operations, strategy and other broad aspects of leadership and management into numerous companies – where his reputation is for challenging the status quo in order to drive change and results for client firms and organisations
