Nick Grealy is an energy consultant who publishes the No Hot Air website at www.nohotair.co.uk. He has been following the global expansion of shale since 2008 and No Hot Air has over 1000 visitors a day from around the world.
Nick has spoken at many conferences in the UK and Europe on the commercial, technical and political impact of the sudden emergence of natural gas. Among his clients are hedge funds, utilities, service providers and exploration companies in the UK, France, USA and Australia.
Prior to No Hot Air, he had a career in gas marketing and energy purchasing at Total Gas Marketing, EDF, the UK Department of Health and a commercial consultancy.
Based in London, he also lived in the USA for many years and attended the American University of Paris and New York University.
