Susheila Moodley has been providing specialist consulting and training services to the financial services sector and specifically retail banking since 2003 with the promulgation of the FAIS Act.
These services have included FAIS compliance, qualifications equivalence, the design and development of processes and procedures that support the back end of retail banking and the training of trainers as well as staff on these processes and procedures.
The Facilitation workshop has developed a niche market in retail banking given the intimate understanding we have developed around compliance issues in this space and the extent to which processes and procedures form a vanguard against the risks that banking faces daily in terms of fraud and negligent losses
